Roof Cleaning
High-pressure jet washing destroys roof tiles. Our soft-wash system uses a low-pressure biocide treatment that kills moss, lichen and algae at the root — without dislodging a single tile.

Roof Cleaning — FAQ
Will pressure washing damage my roof tiles?+
Yes — high-pressure washing strips the protective surface from concrete tiles and shortens roof life by decades. We never pressure wash a roof. Soft-wash only.
How long does roof cleaning take?+
A typical 3-bed semi takes one full day. Larger or heavily mossed roofs may run to two days.
Will moss grow back after cleaning?+
Untreated, moss returns in 2–3 years. Our optional 5-year inhibitor treatment dramatically slows regrowth and is fully guaranteed.
