Both last 25+ years. GRP is rigid, ideal for foot traffic and complex shapes. EPDM is flexible, single-sheet, and excellent for large simple areas. We specify the right system per roof.
How long does a flat roof installation take?+
A typical garage or extension flat roof is 2–4 working days, weather depending. We don't cover GRP in rain or below 5°C — we wait for the right conditions.
Can you fit a rooflight or skylight?+
Yes. We supply and fit Velux, Keylite and aluminium-framed flat rooflights, fully integrated into the new covering.
Do you remove the old roof?+
Yes — full strip, skip and waste removal is included in every fixed-price quote. No extras on the day.
